What Does the Libero Sheet Fed Actually Do?

The Libero nailhead machine has three main components. First is a current notebook/laptop PC which is included with the machine. We believe that a serious production machine should have a dedicated PC so that you can count on it. We don’t recommend using any old PC if you are serious about your business. Its not a problem for us but rather it prevents any service calls related to your PC. This PC runs the machine with a control software that is the same for all our machine lineup. It takes minutes to learn and when you know one you know them all.

One of the biggest issues with this business is that everyone wants their fingers in the pot. You can’t have middlemen selling you supplies when you are making the transfers. Permaboss provides a list of premium suppliers that you can order direct from overseas. Yes you will need to use FedEx or UPS or DHL but the importing charges and duties still enable you to purchase better quality crystals and enable you to make fill front 300-400 stone count designs for around $0.30 instead of 3 or 4 times that!

How Fast is it?

The Libero single is just over or around 200 stones per minute, a little bit of that depends on your setup. A good setup and the machine works away producing virtually perfect designs with no need to do any correction. We are talking about 2000-2300 stones and 3 fixes maybe!
