What is the actual difference between the Libero™ & Libero Endless™?
The Libero Endless™ is the ultimate solution for production in any country regardless of labor cost. Since no human can even operate at speeds of 3600 stones per hour, let alone 5500 stones PLUS per hour!
Essentially, the Libero Endless runs off of a roll of transfer paper and winds them up on the other end instead of using sheets that need to be manually placed. There is even an option to cut the transfers so you don’t have to!
Both Libero SheetFed and Endless machines can use up to 4 colors or elements.

What is a realistic forecast of what we can make with a Rhinestone Robot?
How smart and effective is your marketing would be my first question to you. But if you are planning to become a contractor in your local area or on the internet or a combination of both, the fact is that your average order will be somewhere between $300-$500 on a daily basis based on implementing a very successful business plan we have been using for several years now.
That many of our clients are doing $3000-$7000 a day or more really depends on your marketing skills, your ability to deliver on time, create great artwork and have stock of what is needed to fulfill the orders. There are many CAMS machine owners who have a Libero now but only a tiny handful of Libero owners who have purchased CAMS machines. How long does it take to produce a design?
This is 100% dependant on the # of elements in the design. The next question is what is the average # of stones in the design. Again, this is dependant on the artists interpretation. Take the lexus design from the Crystal CAD software page on this site. A quick count reveals around 94 or so stones. It would take just a hair over a minute to produce. Doing 144 would take just over 2 hours to make! But keep in mind that you don’t have to stop for any reason. The Libero is continuous feed so its doesn’t need to wait for the operator to come by and change the sheet. It hardly needs any quality control at all and its ready to ship because the backing of the sticky paper is reapplied by the machine and even cut. Just pack and go! If you had a sheet fed style machine you would need to change the transfer paper 4 or 5 times, you would need to check each design and fix and replace the stones that are thrown aside, and you need to take the work table off the Chinese machine to do that effectively as shown in the FAQ’s on this website!
Even if you had to change over your job, there are software features built in the new 2007 control program that reduce various components of the setup by 26%.

How Fast is it?
The more stones a design has the longer it takes. If you had a design with 225 stones in it. Then you could produce one design in 2 min and 27 seconds. You could produce 48 of these designs in under 2 hours and 500 of these designs in about 20 hours. Remember the Libero Endless™ machine can run unattended and by itself. Your operator only needs to make sure that the supply in each station is sufficient and that the transfer paper is changed from time to time.

How Long can it run before I need to do something?
That is solely a function of the design. If the design has an excessive amount of elements in it, then you will have fewer pieces outputted because the inventory gets used up sooner. If the design has less elements in it you will get more output.
Either way you have over 760 gross of 2mm elements at your disposal (109,440 stones). On average when people let the Libero Endless™ run at night when they go home they slow it down to 80% output speed and let it run until the elements run out or until they come back in the morning. Either way you will have about 20 hours of inventory at your disposal. If you forget to top off the pots before you go the Libero’s™ will pause when they run out and wait for a refill.
Your work area on the Libero Endless™ is 12 inches by 300 feet plus! On the Libero™ you have a 12” by 19” work surface that needs to be replaced when it is filled. On the Libero Endless™ you have a 12” width that runs endlessly, until the end of the roll that is. The average roll is 100 meters or 328 feet. The bottom line is that there is nothing even remotely close to the Libero Endless™ on the market. If you want a profit making production quality machine then you don’t really have any formidable alternatives on the market.
The goal is to have the least possible labor costs invested into your design, setup, production and quality control. If any one of these components is not what it needs to be or at the standards the Libero™ series of machines provides you cannot be competitive. One of our clients put it best. “I am not rich enough to buy cheap equipment”. Realistically your choice is to be competitive and profitable or to compete against those who are.
How much profit is there in making these designs?
Again only the facts can speak for us. The reality is that if a product costs you $1.00 to make it sells for an average of $3.21. That $1 cost includes your amortization of the machine, it includes about a $70-75 per hour charge you build in and pay yourself to run the Libero and it is what the market will bear. To sell for less money than what the market will pay is to prostitute the price and destroy your market share. This is standard in an industry such as embroidery or screen printing where there are 16,000 plus embroidery houses on the market and 20,000 plus screen printers. But with less than 100 rhinestone machine users world wide and less than 50 currently in the USA there is no reason to give anything away for free.

Then we immediately ship you the Crystal CAD software so that you can start to watch the training videos and learn the software quickly. Once you have mastered the basics we have a one on one live internet training. We take over your PC and we watch you at the same time live. Here you learn the advanced design tips and tricks!
Next we send you the Libero operating software. You install this on your PC and select OFF LINE. Now it behaves exactly as if you have the machine in front of you. Now we can once again train you remotely via the internet but live so that when the technician arrives its all about learning the mechanical part of the Libero machine and starting production runs so that you are making money!
